Car tinting
Union film on your side and rear windows, fitted at our Brooklyn Park location — cooler, more private and kept from UV, with a lifetime film warranty.

Car window tinting
Window film works every day you drive — in a Minnesota summer, on a bright winter road and parked at work.

Union Ceramic IR blocks 87% of the infrared heat, so the cabin stays comfortable and the AC works less.

Low sun and bright snow are easier on your eyes when the side and rear glass is tinted.

People can’t see straight into the back of the car, or at what you’ve left on the seats.

Both films block 99.99% of UV, protecting your skin and keeping the seats and dash from fading.
How it works
We fit Union window film to the inside of your car’s side and rear windows. Each piece is cut to the exact shape of the glass and shaped to its curve, so it sits edge to edge with no gaps or bubbles.
You choose the shade and the film. Carbon IR is the everyday choice; Ceramic IR blocks the most heat. Both block 99.99% of UV, and both hold their color — they won’t go purple.

Every car is priced on what it needs. Send your car’s details and we’ll come back with an exact price.

Questions
Most cars take between 1 and 5 hours, depending on the car and whether old film has to come off first. We’ll tell you when you book.
Union’s lifetime warranty covers the film against cracking, bubbling, delamination and fading for as long as the film lasts. If there’s ever a problem, bring the car back and we’ll put it right.
On a car the side and rear windows must let through at least 50% of the light. On SUVs, vans and pickups the windows behind the driver can be any shade. No film is allowed on the windshield.
No. Factory “privacy glass” is dyed glass that darkens the view but does little against heat. Union film adds infrared heat control and blocks 99.99% of UV — and it can go on top of factory privacy glass.
Carbon IR blocks 75% of the infrared heat and suits most drivers. Ceramic IR blocks 87%, so choose it if the car gets hot, you drive a lot, or you want a light shade that still keeps the heat out.
Yes. Old, purple or bubbling film can be removed before the new film goes on. Tell us when you ask for a quote so we can allow the time.
Give the film a few days to dry before you open the windows. It may look a little hazy at first — that clears as it dries.
